Coconut Sugar (Crystal)

Coconut sugar is made from the crystallization process of coconut tree flower (Cocos nucifera) which is carried out by boiling, cooling and grinding. Besides providing sweetness, coconut sugar is considered low in calories, rich in nutrients and vitamins.
